ok... me here to "update" everyone... nth much to update anyway... well, firstly, the only two person that MAY be able to book is shuyinn and junhao... but still haven confirm... secondly, the chalet that we can take most probably wont be any of those big nice cheap one or wadsoever seeing that they 100% will be booked already liao la... thirdly, the chalet will be a 3dae 2night chalet, but depending on the size of the chalet and well, other "problems", we might not accomodate all that wan to stay overnight, if there are pp that is... the bbq will be on the first dae... second is more of going out... who cares... in short we will need ur ans of whether u are:

going for chalet (first dae; bbq)
going for chalet (stay overnight and how many days)
not going for chalet at all

well, we seriously need ur cooperation and reply ASAP as if we cannot get enough pp, there is no point booking... so wad we HOPE to complete by Thur:

Confirm the people who are going, and not going, and pp staying overnight
Who can book the chalet on which date (November is much prefered as it is cheaper, though there might still be CCA for some or most people)
Collect as much money to reach the "target" needed as possible

Well, on how much shall each person pay... firstly, we have to see which chalet we are taking, thus getting the cost of the chalet itself... then we hav to add the "miscellaneous" fees, which most probably will be $100, which includes booking of BBQ pit and BBQ food and the leftovers to be spent on stuff like extra tidbits or drinks and so on... as we have learnt in math and physics, the larger the "divider" the lower the result... thus, the more pp going, the less u need to pay... i hope most people would cooperate and at the least try and turn up for a simple BBQ... if ur parents dun allow staying overnight we cannot force u... i juz hope we can have an answer as soon as possible...

Next is on class tee... for all those who did not manage or bother to find out, the order has been placed last friday, on the 20th of Oct... from what i noe, the earliest we can get the shirt is on this Fri 27th, which will be deepavali holidae, which will already be considered the start of the EOY holidaes... thus, we will not be able to recieve the tshirt during school time, thus i think that there are only 5ways available:

1. Go to Queensway/town shopping centre on that dae with estee to take the shirt
2. Go to the class chalet (if we even manage to get it done) and recieve it on that dae
3. Meet up on another day to recieve the shirt
4. Entrust someone to help you take the shirt for u and pass to you in one way or another
5. Any other ways u seem deem fit

Well, all of this comes from my "not-so-humble" opinion and is not in anyway "official"... well, who cares :D i guess thats all for now then...
